Yummy Mango Strawberry Popsicles!
Do you want a very easy and delicious summer treat? These Mango Strawberry Popsicles fit the bill and the best part? You know exactly what's in them so you don't need to worry about high sugar content or any food additives that may not love you or your loved ones back!
*They are also hydrating! Mangos contain 83% water and Strawberries 92%. A tasty way to stay hydrated!
*They are artificial coloring, natural flavor, refined sugar, dairy, gluten and grain free!
*Your kiddos/grand kiddos can help make them too! It's never too early for them to start learning how to make their own healthy tasty snacks and treats❣️
There's only 3 ingredients and all you have to do is blend the chopped mango and lime juice together until smooth, pour into popsicle molds, add sliced strawberries or choose Option 2 and blend or mash them too, layer and freeze.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 3+ hours
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped mango
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- Optional 1/2 tablespoon lime zest
NOTE: You can use pineapple in place of the mangoes and raspberries in place of the strawberries
Instructions
In a blender, blend chopped mango, lime juice and zest if using until smooth.
- Option 1: Slice strawberries into thin slices
- Pour mango blend into molds about 3/4 full.
- Add strawberry slices into the molds pressing them down making sure they are equally distributed throughout the popsicle mold.
- Add remaining puree if needed to top them off.
- Option 2: you can also blend or mash strawberries and add to molds either on top or start at the bottom adding mango on top.
- Cover molds with their bases and sticks and freeze for 3 + hours.
- When serving, run mold under warm water for a few seconds and the popsicle will quickly release
