Our Watermelon Cubes with Goat Cheese are the perfect addition to any brunch or dinner. They are incredibly easy to prepare and packed with the nutritional benefits of watermelon.

 

Ingredients:

- 1 large watermelon
- 200g of goat cheese
- A handful of fresh basil leaves or red onion
- Cracked red pepper to taste

Directions:
