If you want to jumpstart your health, there is no quicker way to do that then being thankful and grateful.
Did you know that focusing on being thankful and grateful for what you have can boost your energy and immune system?
Science has found that when you focus on being grateful, you are happier and healthier than those who don't practice this on a regular basis. When you're grateful it's hard to stay stressed when you're appreciating your life and your blessings. This simple practice can boost your energy immediately without running for the sugar/caffeine/alcohol fix. Research has shown that those who make it a daily habit of being thankful, tend to be more enthusiastic, focused and motivated.
So what do you have got to lose? Being thankful is not just for Thanksgiving Day. How about initiating the habit daily and better yet keep a grateful journal with you so that you can record your thoughts before they drift away. Writing them down pen to paper has a positive effect on your overall health and well being.

*Review your grateful journal before going to sleep and pray/meditate on what you have written. You may want to go back and compare to earlier entries. Amazing 'aha' moments might occur💡

My passion about health started in my teens when I first hand saw the effects of how illness can wreck havoc in a family growing up with parents who had serious health issues. I too struggled with losing weight & developed an eating disorder that I was able to heal by educating myself on healthier habits. It’s amazing what our bodies can do when we learn to take care of them like God intended. These experiences & challenges fueled my passion to be a life long student in pursuit of learning how to create healthier lifestyles where one can thrive at their optimal best. As a mother of 3 children & a wife of a traveling husband, I quickly learned how to implement healthy habits on the go so that I could be my healthy best for my family. This has evolved into my health coaching business Thriving With Health where I coach people to integrate simple & fun healthy 'bites’ throughout their day even on their most busiest & challenging ones. You are never too busy to take care of your health & I can show you how. Everyone has busy lifestyles and living at their optimum best is not only doable but can be fun as well!
