*Meeting friends for lunch, coffee or drinks during the holiday season?
*Escape to the movies?

*A delicious bite(s) of really good chocolate?
*BFF time together?
*Play?
*Romantic date with your significant other?
*Turn up the music and dance to your heart's content?

I ~ Ice Cream
Easy, Delicious & Healthy
Strawberry & Coconut Dairy Free Ice Cream
Prep: 10 minutes
Freeze: 3+ hours
Servings: 6
Ingredients*
3 cups strawberries rinsed & stems removed (frozen works well too)
1 15 oz can Coconut milk
1/4+ cup honey or stevia to taste
Garnish options
Sliced/minced strawberries
Drizzle of melted chocoloate
Cacao nibs
Dehydrated Coconut flakes
*Please use organic when available
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into your blender & mix until creamy & smooth. Check for sweetness and adjust to taste.
Freeze in a covered container for about 3+ hours.
Scoop out into pretty bowls, garnish if desired & dig in!

Store in an airtight covered container in your refrigerater for up to 4-5 days.

'I" Exercise You Can Do Anywhere!
Isometric Abb & Lower Back Exercise
This exercise is really great to do while sitting at your desk, driving or even in an airplane.
*Sit up completly straight with your lower back & head pressed into the back of your seat.
*Take a deep breath in and relax your stomach muscles along with your back & head.
*Release & exhale your breath fully while pressing your head, lower back & your belly button into the seat behind you. You want to push & pull your belly button in and as far back as possible.
*Hold for 10-15 seconds
*Release & relax
*Repeat 8-10 times
This is an easy & great way to strengthen your core & back muscles if you do them consistently on a regular basis throughout your day💪
So no excuses for not exercising even when sitting or traveling!
