As we enter into the month of February known as the month of love, what better way to start than to be focused on being gratful everyday. As a health coach I like to suggest to clients to keep a journal where they can note what they are grateful for each day. Writing these down can have more impact than entering them in your devices. See if you can begin to develop the habbit of focusing on the present and note what you are gratful for in that moment.
Great times to journal your 'gratefuls' can be upon waking up and just before you go to bed. This is a wonderful way to begin and end each day in a positive way. This can help you sleep better too.
Instead of taking anti-depressants, research has shown that focusing on daily gratefulness was far more healing and often produced immediate positive results without the possible negative side effects of medicine.
What do you have to lose? Try it and see for yourself! Better yet maybe create a 'grateful group' on your favorite social media plaform and create a grateful community:-)
