Eating the rainbow is a tasty and healthy way to eat food that loves you back❣️

 

Want to know an easy simply delicious way to get a daily boost of antioxidants? Choose to eat a variety of colorful plant based food every day. It can be as simple as eating an apple, a stalk of celery and some delicious immune boosting berries. The brighter the colors the more nutrients they contain. So dive into a bowl of cherries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries! Berries are nature's gifts of gold for our health and they are so easy to include in our daily diet! 

On your next visit to your grocery store, check out the produce aisles and take a moment to observe all the colorful varieties of beautiful food that is available for you and your family to enjoy. Plant based food will love you back meaning it is nutritious and delicious too. When you pick up an apple or a cucumber at the store, you won't find a label that lists ingredients that you may not know what they are or how to pronounce. They also won't have the potential to be harmful to your health possibly containing processed chemicals.

Nature provides simple, delicious and nutritious food that you know what it grew as and not what it was processed into. The next time you are questioning something to eat, ask yourself:

My passion about health started in my teens when I first hand saw the effects of how illness can wreck havoc in a family growing up with parents who had serious health issues. I too struggled with losing weight & developed an eating disorder that I was able to heal by educating myself on healthier habits. It’s amazing what our bodies can do when we learn to take care of them like God intended. These experiences & challenges fueled my passion to be a life long student in pursuit of learning how to create healthier lifestyles where one can thrive at their optimal best. As a mother of 3 children & a wife of a traveling husband, I quickly learned how to implement healthy habits on the go so that I could be my healthy best for my family. This has evolved into my health coaching business Thriving With Health where I coach people to integrate simple & fun healthy 'bites’ throughout their day even on their most busiest & challenging ones. You are never too busy to take care of your health & I can show you how. Everyone has busy lifestyles and living at their optimum best is not only doable but can be fun as well!
