Be sure and use full fat coconut milk so it will be thick and creamy. You can pour into your favorite molds and freeze for creamy nice cream or popsicle options. A refreshing, tasty treat that is perfect during warm weather😋
You can opt to use frozen mangos already peeled and cut into cubes and process together with the other 2 ingredients for a soft serve version.
Another option using fresh mangos is to mix together with the coconut milk and honey or maple syrup until well blended.
Pour into a freezer safe container/mold or ice cube trays. It will be frozen in several hours depending on your desired firmness. Since it's dairy free, the ice cream will freeze pretty hard so you may want to set it out for a bit before serving except for the popsicle version which will be deliciously ready to eat!
Once it's frozen, cut into cubes (may want to let it sit for a few minutes to make this easier) and it's ready to serve.
I've included a very tasty and simple strawberry syrup that you can create in minutes to drizzle over the top.
This syrup is so easy that your kids and grandkids can join in to make together with the nice cream learning how to create their own healthy treats!
Mango Coconut Nice Cream Treats
Time: 10 minutes
Freeze: 2-4 hours
Servings: 6 depending serving size
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen or fresh mangos peeled and chunked (2 average size mangos)
- 1 13.5 ounce full fat coconut milk
- 1/4+/- cup honey or maple syrup or sweetener of choice to taste
Directions
- If using fresh mango add all the ingredients to your processor and mix until well blended and smooth.
- If using frozen mangos add together with the other ingredients and process until it reaches soft serve consistency scraping the sides of the bowl to include all the mango pieces.
Serving Options:
*Frozen mangos serve immediately for soft serve.
*Fresh Mangos pour into a freezer safe container, ice cube tray, popsicle or favorite molds. We recommend shapes like hearts or stars to make the treats visually appealing and fun for your little ones. Freeze for 2-4 hours or more as needed until frozen to desired firmness.

Popsicles Option
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for the mixture to expand as it freezes.
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds, then freeze until the popsicles are firm. This usually takes about 4-6 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles, then pull them out and serve!

Strawberry Sauce🍓
Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries washed and hulled
- 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Add ingredients to your processor and blend until smooth. Drizzle over your mango coconut nice cream and it's ready for you to serve and take a yummy and delicious bite😋
Note: This sauce is great on pancakes too!
