A pretty way to serve your salsa is in a scooped out pineapple bowl🍍
Step 1: Place your pineapple upside down in your refrigerator for 30 minutes. This will reduce the juice and make it easier to keep your pineapple bowl firmer.
Place your pineapple upside down in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to minimize juice and skin getting too soft.
Cut your pineapple in half vertically from the bottom through the top of the leaves.
Carefully cut and scoop out the flesh not cutting through the skin and save for the salsa❣️

Mango & Pineapple Rainbow Salsa
Time: 10 - 15 minutes
Yield: 1 1/2 - 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 pineapple diced
1 mango diced
1 red onion diced
3 roma tomatoes chopped or 1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup cilantro chopped (reserve 2+ tbsps on the side)
1 jalapeño seeded and chopped finely
2 limes juiced
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients
Sprinkle reserved cilantro over the top and dig in!
