Did you know that you can chase stress away by jumping into the sea, a lake or a stream and wash your stress away? This can work in pools, jacuzzies & right in your very own bathtub too.
When we are fully submerged & immersed in water, we can no longer hang on to our 'ANTS' (Another Negative Thought) as Dr. Daniel Amen likes to call them.
We all struggle with stress but it's how we choose to navigate through it that can make a huge difference in how we respond. Let's face it, we all live in a very busy & distracting world. Some of us cope better with the daily stresses that come our way. For others, ongoing stress over time has created a ticking time bomb just waiting to explode.
The lack of uncertainty that stress creates can wreak havoc with one's health that can lead to unhealthy ways to cope. This can threaten & affect our mental & physical well being. When we feel out of control we open ourselves up to allow negativeity to flood in. Once that negativity sets in it can quickly esculate into a major merry go round of destructive & self sabatoging thinking. This can further esculate into loss of perspective, focus and direction. It can quite literally stop us in our tracks.
We can however change that path by being present and accepting the current journey we're on by focusing on the process. There is a reason you are in this season and it will lead you to a greater good once you have navigated through.
So take notes! Yes take notes that you will share with others in the future going through similar experiences. We're in this together. Our reaching out, sharing & helping others get through what we struggled with is the ultimage reward. Don't throw your notes away! They're priceless!
God has put you exactly where you need to be for a reason that is far greater than you could ever imagine for the good of others. We are a village, tribe & family💖🙏💖

About Me
My passion about health started in my teens when I first hand saw the effects of how illness can wreck havoc in a family growing up with parents who had serious health issues. I too struggled with losing weight & developed an eating disorder that I was able to heal by educating myself on healthier habits. It’s amazing what our bodies can do when we learn to take care of them like God intended. These experiences & challenges fueled my passion to be a life long student in pursuit of learning how to create healthier lifestyles where one can thrive at their optimal best. As a mother of 3 children & a wife of a traveling husband, I quickly learned how to implement healthy habits on the go so that I could be my healthy best for my family. This has evolved into my health coaching business Thriving With Health where I coach people to integrate simple & fun healthy 'bites’ throughout their day even on their most busiest & challenging ones. You are never too busy to take care of your health & I can show you how. Everyone has busy lifestyles and living at their optimum best is not only doable but can be fun as well!
