The holidays can certainly be overwhelming cant't they? They don't have to be however. That's what this 7 day 'Jolly Holiday' series is all about!
Schedule some downtime for yourself to dismiss all the holiday frenzy and give yourself permission to let all of that that go! Make an appointment with 'you'! Don't let anything get in the way of taking some well deserved 'me' time to refuel your mental & physical bank accounts so that you can enjoy & give back during the holidays with loved ones!
Today I have included a meditation in the video that you can do on a walk or lying or sitting down if preferred. This meditation focuses on your 5 senses ~

Focusing on each of your senses one at a time is a great way to let go & dismiss all the holiday stress swirling around you. Enjoy taking some time to do this for yourself. Give 'you' the gift of dismissing all the distracting noise and relax being totally present in the moment just for youā¤ļø
