I have found raising my family and working with my clients that snacks can be the most tempting to resist especially when we're busy. We tend to seek convenience when we are short on time and hungry❣️
Have you ever gone to the grocery store starving and you came home with unhealthy processed treats that may not treat you or your loved ones well after you've eaten them? Guilty as charged🖐 You too?
The good news is that snacks do not have to be unhealthy!
Yes you can have your cake and eat it too when you know what's in your cake❣️
Snacks can be simple, delicious and nutritious too!
My passion and my ongoing journey researching, experimenting and creating healthier food alternatives led me to write my first cookbook that is all about easy snack choices and easy preparation.

We are currently experiencing a health crisis in our country and I believe we can conquer that by taking personal responsibility for our own health and the health of our loved ones.
What we choose to eat and fuel our bodies with is crucial!

Step 2: Read your labels and if there are more than 5 ingredients and you don't know what some of them are or you can't pronounce them, leave it!
Step 3: Crowd out the food that doesn't serve you with simple, delicious and nutritious choices that do.
Eating healthy is not about deprivation!
Experiment and create tasty and healthier versions that you know what the ingredients are in them.
Invite and encourage your friends and family to help in the snack prepping too. You will be offering them a priceless education and practical hands on experiences on how to prepare and eat for their own wellness❤️
