Green Goddess Fresh Juice
Servings: 2
Time: 20 minutes (less if ingredients pre prepped)
Ingredients
2 handfuls Spinach or Kale or both
6 stalks celery
2 cucumbers ends cut off (we leave peels on for extra nutrients)
1 bunch parsley
1bunch cilantro
2 green apples cored
2 limes or lemons juiced
Directions
- Wash your produce thoroughly and drain
- Add ingredients one at a time to your juicer adjusting speed as needed
- Pour juice through a strainer of foam not desired
- Add lime juice, stir and serve
Optional
Serve over ice
