Frozen Yogurt & Strawberry Snacks
Want a super easy and festive snack to serve? Well look no further because these frozen yogurt and strawberry snacks are perfect! They are not only delicious and nutritious, they are so pretty too!
Silicone trays add to the fun so you can be creative and select your favorite themed molds. If you don't own any silicone trays, popsickle molds are great or you can spread the mixture out in a pan and after frozen break into pieces like frozen bark.
Kids and adults too love to make these and this can be an excellent opportunity to teach your family and friends how to make simple and healthy food. It's never to early or too late to educate how to choose and make yummy food that not only will be loved but this healthy food can love us back! This is because they are made with the cleanest and most basic ingredients that don't have any potentially toxic processed chemicals that could wreck havic with our health💗
Time: Prep 5 minutes
Freeze 3 hours or until frozen
Yield: 8/large mold 16/small mold
Ingredients*
1 cup whole or nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup washed, hulled & chopped strawberries
2-3 tsps honey depending on how tart or sweet desired
Optional
1/8 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and with a spoon fill your silicone mold or pan & freeze for at least 3 hours. I like to pour mixture in a smaller measuring cup with a spout which makes it much easier and less messy. Yogurt will stay good frozen in an airtight container up to 1 month.
Note: the silicone molds are very flexible so using a tray to set them on while filling, moving & freezing can prevent spillage.
*Please use organic ingredients when available.
Enjoy💗

About Me
My passion about health started in my teens when I first hand saw the effects of how illness can wreck havoc in a family growing up with parents who had serious health issues. I too struggled with losing weight & developed an eating disorder that I was able to heal by educating myself on healthier habits. It’s amazing what our bodies can do when we learn to take care of them like God intended. These experiences & challenges fueled my passion to be a life long student in pursuit of learning how to create healthier lifestyles where one can thrive at their optimal best. As a mother of 3 children & a wife of a traveling husband, I quickly learned how to implement healthy habits on the go so that I could be my healthy best for my family. This has evolved into my health coaching business Thriving With Health where I coach people to integrate simple & fun healthy 'bites’ throughout their day even on their most busiest & challenging ones. You are never too busy to take care of your health & I can show you how. Everyone has busy lifestyles and living at their optimum best is not only doable but can be fun as well!
