This bark is not only delicious it's nutritious too loaded with antioxidants❣️

Simply Deliciously Satisfied❣️
Ingredients **
1 12 oz bag dark chocolate chips we used 70% cacao melted
1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
mini chocolate chips, nibs or chopped chocolate
Directions
*Add oil in a double boiler pot on the stove over medium heat
*Add chocolate chips and keep stirring until melted
*Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate and spread it out evenly
*Sprinkle over the top the pomegranate seeds and mini chocolate chips, nibs or chopped chocolate
*Put in the freezer to set for about 1 hour
*When set break into pieces
*Store in the freezer in an airtight container
** Please use organic ingredients if available
Stir constantly until melted
Spread out evenly on parchment lined baking sheet
Top with pomegranate seeds, mini chocolate chips, nibs or chopped chocolate
