Say hello to our Dairy Free Chocolate Nice Cream! This creamy, chocolatey delight is perfect for those hot summer days when you're craving something sweet yet healthy. Best of all, it’s free from dairy, processed chemicals, and guilt. Yes, you heard that right—you can even have this nice cream for breakfast!
Servings: Approximately 4 servings
Ingredients:
*4 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
*3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
*1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*1/4 cup coconut milk or nut milk of your choice
- Directions:
1. Blend Away: Place the frozen banana slices, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and coconut milk (or your chosen nut milk) into a blender or food processor.
2. Smooth It Out: Blend until smooth and creamy. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times to make sure everything is well combined.
3. Choose Your Adventure: - Soft Serve Style: Enjoy immediately for a soft, creamy treat. Add some fresh sliced bananas and some chocolate chips or nibs.
- Hardened: Transfer the nice cream to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours if you prefer a firmer texture.
- Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight for delightful nice cream bars or pops.
