These chocolate fudge balls are so tasty and they only contain healthy ingredients. They don't contain any harmful chemicals so your brain and your tastebuds won't be hijacked so you won't be tempted to overeat them. Simple delicious and nutritious too! The best part is that you know what is in them so no worries about eating ingredients that you don't know if they could be compromising you or your loved ones health. They can last up to a week stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator😋
Coconut Chocolate Fudge Balls
Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 16 Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup dehydrated unsweetened finely shredded coconut
2+ Tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 Tbsp coconut milk (or favorite nut milk)
4 Tbsp almond, peanut or cashew nut butter
Optional Dusting
2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
*Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until completely combined.
*If dough is too wet and sticky you can add a small amount of cacao powder or shredded coconut until you are able to form into balls. If too dry add a little nut milk until consistency is moist enough to work with.
*Roll into small balls and dust with cacao or cocoa powder or roll in shredded coconut.
*Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last up to 2 weeks stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
