These chips are guilt free, crispy and good for you too! Easy and quick to prepare, serve with your favorite bean dips, hummus, guacamole, salsa, tuna, chicken or egg salads.

CHIP ALTERNATIVES THAT LOVE YOU BACK❤️
Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 5/5 chips each approximately depending on the chip size
Ingredients
5 large or 8 small romaine leaf 1-2+ inch bottom base (where the white bottom of the leaf meets up with the green part - can leave some green if firm)
2-3 cucumbers (zucchini and summer squash great too) peeled partial or not
Radishes sliced thin
Bok Choy leaf bottom 1+ inch
Sweet Peppers halved and seeded
Jicama sliced thinly
Directions
Wash and dry completely
Cut leaves and veggies into bite sized pieces
Slice cucumber, zucchini, summer squash, radishes, jicama and peppers thin but thick enough to dip
*Note
For crispier chips fill a bowl with 2+ cups of ice, add the chips and fill with water. Let them sit for about 15 minutes or longer in the fridge. Remove and dry.

These experiences & challenges fueled my passion to be a life long student in pursuit of learning how to create healthier lifestyles where one can thrive at their optimal best. As a mother of 3 children & a wife of a traveling husband, I quickly learned how to implement healthy habits on the go so that I could be my healthy best for my family. This has evolved into my health coaching business Thriving With Health where I coach people to integrate simple & fun healthy 'bites’ throughout their day even on their most busiest & challenging ones.
