This super easy & quick 'TWH's my kind of recipe' is a yummy & healthy dip favorite. You can make this on the fly or beforehand, store in the refrigerator & grab & go. Very easy to modify accordingly based on your tribe's personal taste preferences🌶
Thriving With Health"s Spicy White Bean Dip*
Ingredients
1 15 ounce can Great Northern Beans
3 minced or mashed garlic cloves
1/2 jalapeno minced & seeds removed
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Optional
1/4+ tsp cayenne pepper for more kick!
Sprinkle of paprika
Prep
Place all the ingredients into your food processor and blend on puree setting while slowly adding the olvie oil in until well mixed. Add salt & pepper to taste and your done!
Don't care for spicy? Omit the chili powder & cayenne and enjoy the delicious garlic & lemon or lime combo that will satisfy even picky eater's tastebuds.
Serve with veggies & dive in!
