Berry Fat Bombs are the perfect July 4th dessert that are not only nutritious they are simply delicious❣️ They are so easy to make your younger kids can help make them with you and your older ones can make them all by themselves❣️

Never too early to learn how to make your own healthy and tasty snacks that are good for you too❣️

Time: 10 mins prep 1 hour to freeze

Servings: 8-10 depending on candy mold size

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup coconut butter

1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 

1/3 cup fresh or frozen chopped fine strawberries or raspberries 

1/4 tsp vanilla

Maple syrup or Stevia to taste

Equipment

Candy Mold(s)

Directions

In a small pot melt the coconut oil and butter over low heat. Stir in the blueberries and strawberries/raspberries stirring them to break them up in smaller pieces. Stir in the vanilla and maple syrup or stevia. Pour into candy molds and freeze for an hour or until firm.

As a mother of 3 children & a wife of a traveling husband, I quickly learned how to implement healthy habits on the go so that I could be my healthy best for my family.
